the coach, project manager, and head cheerleader for my clients
We are masters at telling ourselves our dreams can wait.
Between the endless to do list, job, family, friends, and social life, it's easy to dream about doing something but when it comes to taking action you tell yourself it's not the right time...maybe next month, or next year... I get it!
Maybe you want to start a business, create something, or make a life change, but feel like you don't know how to start or have enough time...
What if I told you that we could find an easy first step and it's possible to start right now?
You don't have to wait. You can move forward now, even with all of your other responsibilities. I promise you won't burn out (and if you're already burnt out, we can get you back in balance).
You deserve to live your life to the fullest. I know big goals can be overwhelming, but with a good plan and accountability, you can do anything, and I'd be honored to help.
A little backstory…
I’ve spent the last 10 years helping people achieve their personal and professional goals.
I started my career in 2008 advising college students, helping them navigate personal challenges, graduate, and launch their careers. I felt called to help students succeed and knew college presented an opportunity that would serve people for life. Eventually I realized that my true calling was to help people pursue big dreams outside of universities.
I began coaching professionally in 2013 and have helped people change careers, pursue creative projects, start businesses, publish their work, improve relationships, overcome obstacles that have held them back for years, and more.
I’m also the founder of Grateful Daily, a candle company that helps people connect to what they are grateful for.
I completed my first coach training in 2013 and follow the Co-Active Coaching Model, which means I use self-awareness, communication, and action as tools to create fulfillment, connection, and success.
I like learning and am fascinated by people. I graduated with honors from University of California Irvine with a bachelor’s degree in Sociology, minors in Gender & Sexuality Studies and African-American Studies. I also received certificates in Planning & Human Services and Diversity. I received my Master’s Degree in Justice Studies from Arizona State University. During that time I mentored high risk teens and wrote a thesis about self representation on social media.
